What you’ll do:
- Manage the LivingWell team (both volunteers and employees), coaching and developing them to deliver an exceptional recreational experience.
- Provide a diversified recreational program in a pleasant, safe, and creative environment.
- Build solid relationships with Residents, families, management, and other team members.
- Promote Delmanor Wynford as you foster partnerships in the community.
What you bring:
- 2+ years’ current experience in leading or working in a recreation department and experience working with older adults
- A certificate, diploma or degree in leisure and recreation, and pursuit of ongoing professional development.
- Knowledge of legislative requirements, including those around Health & Safety.
