I have worked with Keri Armstrong for several years at Delmanor Northtown in North York, Delmanor Elgin Mills in Richmond Hill, and now as she prepares for the opening of Delmanor Aurora. Keri Armstrong exudes enthusiasm and passion for her job and also for welcoming new residents so that their transition to their new home is as smooth as possible. Keri's service was amazing before the Covid-19 pandemic, but it has added a whole new complexity which she overcomes with ease. She follows up with prospective residents by phone and in person when possible, delivers meals, and looks after their needs before they even can identify what it is they need themselves. I can't recommend Keri Armstrong or Delmanor Elgin Mills highly enough. There is a very strong team that is dedicated to making the Delmanor Elgin Mills community home for everyone. As a real estate agent, I have recommended my clients to consider Delmanor Elgin Mills when it is time to transition to a retirement community. Whenever I have brought clients for a tour or lunch meeting, we have been greeted as old friends and immediately feel at home. I could easily live there myself.

My Father and his wife moved into Delmanor just over a year ago and absolutely love it. There are always activities for them to participate in if they wish or a friendly face to say hello and have a chat. The staff are friendly, kind and always willing to help. During the pandemic they have worked very hard to keep everyone safe and healthy and have done a great job!

I worked here in the dining room for 3 years and it was such a great experience to say the least. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff takes great care to keep the place running smoothly and efficiently. I look back at my time at Delmanor with a big smile on my face and fun, happy memories.

We moved into Delmanor a year ago and could not be happier, the staff have been wonderful going beyond the call of duty when looking after us during this trying time. We had temps taken regularly, exercises in the hall, great meals and conversations with other residents in the hall (with our masks on) so there is always companionship if you want it as well as walks around the building outside and in.

My grandparents have been at Delmanor the last 5 years and the warmth and care they get is everything you could look for in a retirement community! Even in this year when so much has been unprecedented my family has felt so comforted knowing Delmanor is handling the covid situation with the upmost professionalism and continue to make it an amazing living experience for my grandparents!

My mum was here for her hip replacement recovery. The staff are incredible, kind and and truly care. You can reserve a table or private dining room for dinners. The Internet only works on 2nd floor and lobby however and they are under construction. Still, this was her second stay and they provide laundry, meals to your room and long-term care. I fully support this residence as all suites are beautiful with excellent service.

Lovely staff, new renovations are adding even more amenities. Food is phenomenal.
